We are coming out of the Wet Coast winter doldrums. I was seriously thinking about building an Ark and filling it with SAD lamps. It’s been rough. I can tell we are turning a corner with the weather, as I am being called out to provide quotes for grounds maintenance multiple times a week. Wow, am I seeing what I politely call “creative pruning”. As an industry, we need to do better at pruning. The only way that happens is if Property Managers and facility Managers provide preferred opportunities to those grounds maintenance companies that take this trade seriously.
